I didn't have my roof done by them yet but I called and they sent someone out same day. I had Paul a roofing expert and someone shadowing him. He was very thorough, kind and educational. Once I get my roof done I will be sure to update but I feel secure in their hands. They have a nail promotion that you get a dollar for every nail you find up to $100 and if you don’t find any the employees get the $100? That's how much they guarantee they don’t leave a nail mess which was a HUGE issue with the last place that did our roof. They also have a patented way of doing things that’s got I Believe a 50-year warranty. I'll have to double check on that one but I really left confident my roof will be almost perfect in 50 years’ time.
