I received great service on my roof replacement at my residence. My satisfaction began with Kenton when he and I met to discuss an estimate. Kenton was sincere in his approach and fully explained all the reason why I should go with Klaus Roofing. Scott, the Production Manager, was extremely courteous, professional and available at any time I had questions or concerns. He consistently checked in on the progress during the work which gave me confidence it was being supervised by a professional. The crew, that included Matt, the Foreman, were exceptional in their work. Rarely do I encounter a team that works so well together under extreme conditions. My personal experience with companies spans a number of years and I can say I am quite hard to please on most occasions. The fact that I am writing this review, is significant and exhilarating at the same time. Great company!
